The much anticipated MyLan Pho & Grill is officially opening its doors in Justin on Friday, September 26, bringing authentic Vietnamese cuisine to our community for the first time.
Restaurant manager Diem Hoang is looking forward to welcoming customers in to experience the flavors of fresh Pho, vermicelli bowls, fried rice, and more.
“We are so happy and excited to be here,” says Hoang. “I can’t wait for people to come in and try the food.”
Local residents can’t wait either. Community Facebook groups have been abuzz in recent weeks with people eagerly awaiting updates on a timeline for opening. That excitement has not gone unnoticed by the team at MyLan.
“I am so happy that people are excited. It’s a big deal to us,” said Hoang. “Without the customers, we are nothing. We are so appreciative that people want to support us.”
With a wide variety of dishes on the menu and endless customization options, there is something for everyone to enjoy at MyLan Pho & Grill. But the staff says everyone should try their pho at least once.
Their authentic broth is cooked overnight for at least seven hours, creating a rich base for the soup. For pho newbies, the staff recommends ordering the chicken pho or the sliced rare steak option.
The team at MyLan truly radiate kindness, and they want that energy to shine through for everyone who comes through the doors.
“We are really trying to make this a warm, welcoming, friendly place,” said Hoang. “We want it to be inviting, so that is feels like home.”
If all the excitement online is any indication, there will be a crowd at MyLan Pho & Grill on Friday and over the weekend. Hoang said they are doing everything they can to prepare, but also asks for grace and patience while they work out any growing pains.
“We just want people to know that we are really trying our best to give people a good experience,” she said.
