Justin announces plans for privately funded sports complex

The City of Justin has announced plans for the Justin Dream Sports Complex, a privately funded sports facility set to be built in partnership with KemperSports, Keep Calm and Baseball On, and Bloomfield Homes.

According to the city, the project is intended to be a multi-sport destination that includes baseball and football facilities. Officials described it as a development designed to provide opportunities for local families and youth while contributing to the city’s growth.

During the announcement, Justin Mayor James Clark said the complex would be “a huge win for the city of Justin,” emphasizing that the project is fully funded through private investment and “does not impact your tax rate.”

Project renderings in the city’s announcement video featured a complex of 12 baseball fields and an indoor facility that showcased batting cages, soccer, and sports training.

Clark said visitors attending tournaments would spend money locally, adding that “sales tax dollars go directly to the city, and they support our services, infrastructure, and much more.” He also noted that the complex would give families access to high-quality sports facilities, reduce travel for competitive teams, and position Justin as “a regional destination for youth sports.”

Details about the project’s construction timeline and specific amenities have not yet been released.
