Marriott is building a new extended stay hotel in Northlake, according to state filings.
The hotel is described as having four floors totaling 124 guest rooms. No exact address is listed, but it appears to be planned for the Chadwick Farms area (east of I-35W and south of Hwy 114).
The filing says construction is expected to begin in January 2026, taking two years to build at total cost of $10 million.
The hotel will be part of Marriott’s new StudioRes brand. The first StudioRes property recently opened in Fort Myers, Fla. in June.
